Return & Refund Policy – 30 Days

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under the terms outlined below.


1. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Select health and personal care products


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged (not due to our error)

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We will email you to confirm receipt.

  2. We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@skinceuticales.com.


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items and clearance purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
If the gift was not marked or purchased for someone else, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt.
